Configure email monitoring to automatically process POP files from email attachments

Email Monitoring Configuration
Connect your Outlook mailbox to automatically process POP files from email attachments. Azure credentials are automatically configured.
For demo: It is advised to use ayush@lyzrdev.onmicrosoft.com to receive POP files.

Comma-separated list of email addresses. Only emails from these senders will be processed. Leave empty to process all emails.

How It Works

1. Email Monitoring

The system monitors your Outlook inbox for new emails with PDF attachments.

2. Automatic Processing

When an email with a PDF attachment is received, it automatically:

  • Downloads the PDF attachment
  • Processes it through OCR extraction
  • Verifies it against the database
  • Saves it to MongoDB with receivingChannel: 'email'

3. Dashboard

Processed documents appear in your dashboard and analytics, just like UI and WhatsApp uploads.
